As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our online content. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into our website's database, ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce platform.
- **Content Management**: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are up-to-date and properly formatted on the website, adhering to our branding guidelines and best practices.
- **Photoshop Editing**: Utilize Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, guaranteeing high-quality visuals and consistency with our brand identity.
- **Website Maintenance**: Collaborate with our web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
- **Sage Software (MAS)**: Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into our website, streamlining our operations and improving customer satisfaction.
- **BigCommerce Management**: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience for our customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure accurate and effective online content, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
- **IT Support**: Provide basic IT support for troubleshooting website or content-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **2+ years of experience** in data entry, content management, or a related field.
