Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to work closely with our manufacturing teams, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO requirements

  • Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching documents into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

  • Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Support the Inventory and Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples and performing other duties as necessary

  • Perform job duties in accordance with ISO requirements, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Essential Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or related field

  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications


While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:



  • Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems

  • Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the manufacturing process and contribute to process improvements

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
