- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry/Administrative Clerk with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and ensuring accuracy
- Correcting errors and organizing information for swift and accurate data capturing
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information in relevant databases
- Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures
- *What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administrative support, or customer service)
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient touch typing skills (optional but preferred)
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Proficient touch typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
- Familiarity with data protection policies and procedures
- Certification in data entry or administrative support (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA))
