We're seeking a dependable and organized individual for a Data Entry/File Clerk position in our Reno office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the company's files and records, providing exceptional client services, and supporting our operations.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Accurate data entry on a variety of spreadsheets and databases
  • Filing and maintaining project folders
  • Excellent client services skills, including greeting, announcing, and directing visitors
  • Ability to answer a multi-line phone system, successfully fielding incoming calls efficiently and professionally
  • Other administrative tasks as required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
