Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis to make business or product recommendations, including bolthires-benefit analysis, return on investment, forecasting, and influence analysis.
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, identify and complete analysis that incorporates data gathering, analysis, and presentations. Assist arenaflex in focusing on key decisions to improve products and services by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Sciences, or a related field. You should also have experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.) and be proficient in articulating product questions, pulling data from datasets (SQL), and using statistics to arrive at a conclusion. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field in the US and available to work full-time for several months beyond the academic term.
In your penultimate academic year or returning to a graduate program after completion of an internship. Ability to translate analysis results into business suggestions and have a strong interest and capability to work with data, metrics, analysis, and trends. Applied knowledge of estimation, statistics, and program evaluation, with excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, along with superb business judgment. Skills and Competencies To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You should be proficient in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
