Key Responsibilities * Conduct quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Design and execute research studies to gather data and answer complex business questions * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their needs and develop research studies that meet their requirements * Present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, and engineers * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * Experience working with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases) * Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., bolthires Cloud, bolthires Web Services) * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop research studies that meet those needs Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop research studies that meet those needs * Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., bolthires Cloud, bolthires Web Services)
