Job Summary As an experienced Data Scientist on our Investigation and Conduct Change team, you'll play a critical role in building and executing data-driven solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.
You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy data analytics platforms, models, and tools that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and supplier experience enhancement. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze complex healthcare data and drive business insights * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Design, develop, and deploy data analytics platforms, models, and tools to support business decision-making * Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing, and data visualization solutions * Develop and maintain data quality and governance standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics Essential Qualifications * Master's or Ph.D.
in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field * Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other programming languages * Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and data visualization tools * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with healthcare data and analytics * Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security frameworks * Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements * Strong understanding of data ethics, privacy, and security principles
