You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce, and your contributions will have a lasting impact on the industry. Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our business initiatives * Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to distribute insights and track progress towards our objectives * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions * Analyze complex data sets to extract insights and inform business decisions * Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders * Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure the success of our initiatives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategyWhat You'll Bring* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on retail and e-commerce * Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive) * Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience growing new metrics to track business impact * Experience leading a team of analysts * Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniquesWhat We Offer* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Generous paid time off and holidays * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work environment, with the option to work remotelyIf you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
