Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Write high-quality, keyword-rich product descriptions for HobbyLobby.com in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines. Product Research: Ensure accurate descriptions by researching product details, testing, investigating, and measuring products. Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure descriptions are up-to-date and accurate. Teamwork: Partner with other team members to maintain consistency across the website. Time Management: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Adapt to new situations and priorities quickly. Technical Skills: Proficiently use a computer and software applications to create and edit content. Requirements: Excellent Writing Skills: Strong writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accurate and high-quality content. Understanding of Online Shopping Behavior: A solid understanding of how and why people shop online is crucial for creating effective product descriptions.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines. Ability to Learn: A willingness to learn and master new tasks quickly is essential. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to new situations and priorities quickly. Technical Skills: Proficiently use a computer and software applications to create and edit content. Experience with Art and Craft Products: Familiarity with art and craft products and the Hobby Lobby brand is a plus. Preferred
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in E-commerce: Previous experience in e-commerce content creation or a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of SEO Principles: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices is a plus.
