About the Role We're seeking native English-speaking customer support representatives to handle support tickets of all tiers for our esteemed clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries across various channels, and working closely with our clients to ensure their customers receive the best possible experience. Some of the key responsibilities include: Handling customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, without compromising on quality Providing excellent customer service over the phone, with some clients requiring phone support Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, with training provided Performing basic administrative tasks as required, depending on the client Maintaining reliable internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication and workflow What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent English language skills, which will be tested through writing samples that may be shared with our clients.
While prior experience in customer-facing roles is not essential, it's highly desirable.
