Job Overview
This is a long-term, ongoing role for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for managing daily operations across multiple Amazon and Walmart FBM stores. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in account management, customer service, product listings, and continuous optimization of our order processing systems. Scope of Work
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Daily Account Management: Manage Amazon and Walmart Seller Central metrics, ensuring account health compliance, handle appeals for A-Z claims, chargebacks, SAFE-T claims, and coordinate with seller support.
- Product Listings & Optimization: Create and maintain accurate product listings daily, edit product images using Photoshop (as needed for new product launches), and optimize listings with SEO best practices for better search visibility.
- Customer Service & Feedback Management: Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon and Walmart, manage the customer service phone line (2-3 calls daily) after initial training, monitor feedback and reviews, and dispute fake or policy-violating content.
- Account Protection & Growth Strategies: Proactively monitor policy changes to prevent account suspensions, assist with writing and filing appeals for account or product suspensions, implement review generation strategies within Amazon’s guidelines, and perform competitor analysis to suggest pricing and marketing strategies.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate to expert-level experience in managing Amazon and Walmart Seller Central accounts
- Familiarity with claims management, seller support, customer service, and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Experience with inventory/order management tools and databases
- Fluent in conversational and written English
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Clockify for time tracking
Preferred Experience and Skills
While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:
- Competitor research and pricing strategy experience
- Basic Amazon PPC or promotional campaign experience
- Experience managing product review generation strategies
Work Style and Timeline
The Virtual Assistant will work independently but maintain regular communication with the team.
