The Opportunity
As an EAP Remote Counselor with AllOne Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing access to our comprehensive range of resources and services. This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for both part-time employees and contractors to join our team, offering a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $36.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling and support to Assistance Program Members, addressing their mental health and well-being needs.
- Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients to achieve their well-being goals.
- Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution.
- Full Clinical licensure in any state is preferred, but limited licensure in preferred states (CO, CA) will also be considered.
- Reliable internet connection and speed.
- Bi-lingual or Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
