Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering customer questions on eBay chat in German and English, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction. * Looking up auto parts based on customer requests, using your knowledge of auto parts and our eCommerce system to find the correct parts. * Utilizing ChatGPT to explain client messages and extract part information, code, and other relevant details. * Searching for parts in the TecDoc catalog and using the correct code to find the part in our eCommerce system. * Sending offers and selling parts directly to customers in eBay chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Work Hours and Availability** As a flexible and adaptable team member, you'll be required to be available during German working hours (08:00–17:00 CET). However, if you're willing to work extended hours or be available 24/7, you can earn more and take advantage of additional opportunities.
