Job Description: As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone and email * Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Key Responsibilities: * Provide superb customer service to clients by noting calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful mentality * Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and point-by-point guidelines * Information passage and examination inside different PC applications, including our internet-based list (www.arenaflex.com) * Information and exploration orders/solicitations * Perform other duties as assigned by management Expected
