As an email and chat support agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using our browser dashboard
  • Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications
  • Following response templates and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members for further assistance
  • Logging ticket summaries and applying relevant tags to workflow
  • Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message
