Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, providing administrative support to our program staff, and contributing to the overall success of our energy services initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.

Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.

Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Perform related work as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in bolthires Office and database management systems. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with energy services programs or related fields. Knowledge of database management systems and software applications.

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Certification in data entry or a related field.
