Job Overview


As an English-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our core product, ensuring the continued success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, and generating leads for our clients' sales departments. You will communicate with customers via live chat, phone, email, and other messaging channels, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities



  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Generate leads for our clients' sales departments and deliver excellent customer service via different communication channels

  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building strong relationships and trust

  • Work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service

  • Serve small and large companies based on complexity and service level

  • Qualify leads and deliver excellent customer service through different means of communication

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be highly responsible, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, although this is not essential.

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Good earnings of 2,350,000 COP gross per month worked (based on 40 hours per week)

  • Bonus scheme for the quality of your work (after two months of service)

  • 50% hourly fee increase when working between midnight and 6 am (night shifts)

  • Annual bonus based on company performance
