We believe that every patient deserves to receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right location – regardless of their condition or status. **The Role** We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention among our enterprise clients. As a key member of our customer success team, you will partner closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives and advise them on the optimal ways to achieve them. You will own, develop, and grow arenaflex's relationships with new and existing customers as they deploy, adopt, and expand our Remote Patient Monitoring and Care Management programs. **Responsibilities** As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Supporting customers throughout the arenaflex Customer Journey: from implementation through adoption, utilization, and growth to drive long-term success and value * Becoming each customer's trusted advisor; driving adoption of arenaflex's platform & services with a focus on delivering customer value and achieving the customer's desired business outcomes * Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's platform & services, and leveraging that expertise to make impactful and strategic recommendations to customers to optimize their performance * Independently leading customer meetings, trainings, and business reviews, with a focus on celebrating achievements, addressing concerns, solving problems, and advancing the overall relationship * Proactively and strategically leveraging customer data to provide clear, relevant, and actionable information to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention * Owning the identification of key customer needs as well as expansion opportunities, translating them to internal tasks, and executing * Developing strong relationships and collaborating across your team of Customer Success Managers, Sales Executives, Clinical Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure customers have an optimal experience and achieve their desired outcomes **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 5+ years of Customer Success Management/Account Management experience managing the delivery of technology solutions in a healthcare setting, previous SaaS experience strongly preferred * Healthcare industry domain expertise, including robust knowledge of at least one of the following: revenue cycle management, electronic medical records, and/or insurance markets (Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid) * Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership within regional and/or national healthcare systems * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with enthusiasm and ability to excel independently in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment with a “get it done” attitude * High degree of proficiency in CRM and modern SaaS CS tools * Data-driven, strategic thinker with experience analyzing and synthesizing information and then leveraging that insight to drive customer engagement, actions, and improvements **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Career Advancement Opportunities * Ability to work remotely **Why Join arenaflex?** We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse backgrounds.
