As an Experienced Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting daily with potential new account leads and providing impeccable sales and customer service support to each individual through in-person communication
- Developing a deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scheduling appointments, and closing deals
- Attending account management meetings throughout the weekdays and participating in scheduled conference calls assigned by the account you're working with
- Generating new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis and providing in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer account lead
- Documenting and tracking various sales activity and trends within the region and the client account assigned to you as the Customer Service Associate
