- **Data Entry**: Inputting customer and account data into digital databases, using text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- **Data Verification**: Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- **Data Review**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output.
- **Research**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- **Data Program Techniques**: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- **Document Management**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- **Microsoft Office**: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- **Computer Skills**: Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
- **Data Entry**: Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot data entry issues.
- **Experience**: Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.
