As a Live Chat Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat on business websites, providing assistance and support to resolve their queries and concerns. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred * No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided to ensure success in this role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner * Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software * Reliable internet connection and access to a device suitable for live chat functions (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence Preferred
