You will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the industry, and you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of technology. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor WAN links for stability and performance * Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances * Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network devices * Alerts and log monitoring to ensure network security and stability * Preventative health checks to identify potential issues before they become problems * Incident management to quickly resolve network outages and issues * Reporting to stakeholders on network performance and security * Administer security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) to ensure network access control **Training and Development** As a Network Administrator, you will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including: * Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems * Active Directory and Group Policy * PowerShell and Bash scripting * Developer Tools and Wireshark * ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) * Network Appliances and Load Balancers * Routers, Switches, and Middleware * Network Monitoring Systems and Diagnostic Commands * Incident management tools and ITSL Processes Tools **Requirements** * High school diploma or GED required * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) * No prior technical experience required, but a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn technical skills is essential * Great communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients * Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment * Must be willing to relocate to Hillsboro, OR or reside in the area * Relocation reimbursement provided **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology) * Experience with network administration, security, and incident management * Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI, and machine learning * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Network Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of technology.
