Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we are seeking a talented leader to join our ranks. **About the Role** As a Manager, Account Management (Customer Success), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of account managers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing strategic guidance, support, and solutions to meet their evolving needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing account management strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market position. **Key Responsibilities** - Obtain advanced knowledge of hospital-owned retail and outpatient customer needs and expectations, and how they relate to our internal operations and functions. - Build a new team with a special focus on hospital-owned retail, establishing the strategy for executing in this space in partnership with health system-focused account managers. - Collaborate with appropriate parties to identify drivers leading to business success, lead training of the broader organization on findings to elevate the broader organization's understanding of this growing space. - Develop strategic plans for each customer's retail growth, in collaboration with account managers, ESDs, inside sales, and support teams. - Focus on proactive management of customer needs and how we will achieve desired outcomes, with the team contributing to overall tracking of health system support (working in collaboration with inpatient AM). - Create and consistently review policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, analyze customer data to identify best practices, evaluate and analyze customer needs to ensure team members are not only reacting to requests, but providing strategic direction. - Provide ongoing coaching, development, process review, and training for the team to successfully execute on requirements of account management function. - Manage territory assignments and partner with the broader internal arenaflex teams to ensure customer success and remove barriers for the team (i.e., sales, customer service, inventory, customer onboarding, contracts/pricing, collections, operations). **Qualifications** - Prior proven people management experience in a corporate setting. - Advanced knowledge of arenaflex Pharmaceutical Distribution (including Retail Pharmacy and Specialty Pharma) services and systems. - Strong collaboration across multiple teams. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Ability to build a team from the ground up; experience leading a new team a plus. - Ability to inspire a team while also rolling up sleeves and digging into details. - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill large information sets into concise, actionable bites. - Track record of successfully developing and maintaining key relationships with a customer base, becoming involved in their strategy. **What is Expected of You and Others at this Level** - Manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front-line supervisors, and/or business support staff. - Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals. - Ensure employees operate within guidelines. - Decisions have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers. - Interact with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management. - Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects. - Gains consensus from various parties involved. **Compensation and Benefits** - Anticipated Pay Range: $87,500.00 - 121,700.00 USD. - Bonus Eligible: Yes. - Benefits: arenaflex offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being, including: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Paid time off plan. • Health savings account (HSA). • 401k savings plan. • Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay. • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs). • Short- and long-term disability coverage. • Work-Life resources. • Paid parental leave. • Healthy lifestyle programs. **Application Window** The application window for this opportunity is anticipated to close on 08/20/2025.
