Job Summary: As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading account-level knowledge for our Southwest Business division. You'll work closely with account directors to provide data analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive increased revenue. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Gathering data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. * Researching and verifying the accuracy of external data sources. * Scrutinizing and converting data into a format that's compatible with our systems.
* Supporting Account Directors in meeting their requests and needs. * Utilizing Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects. * Participating in special projects and data analysis requests. * Providing customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives. * Developing presentations with actionable insights into business strategies for all levels of management. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
