Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a positive impact on our customers and the communities we serve. **Overview** As a Full Stack Customer Development Manager – Costco – Open to Remote, you will be responsible for providing insights and analytics expertise to support a top national customer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category strategies, analyze data, and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your expertise in category management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in delivering results and achieving business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs & assortments * Communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels * Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and provide effective information to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals * Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions * Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share * Develop, communicate, execute, and monitor specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews * Create and deliver effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-ready formats * Evaluate and make recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory & fill rate objectives * Understand and apply customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth * Ensure superior client satisfaction by providing hands-on deep analytics and contributing to team problem-solving * Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree and experience within the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred; Costco experience a value add * Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills * Incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations * Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations * Expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (Numerator/Spectra, etc) * Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations * Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving complex problems * Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel * Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint **Physical Demands** * Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) * Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping * Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends * May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a top national customer and drive business growth * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision plans, tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts, disability coverage, life insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement, a wellness program, parental leave, vacation accrual, paid sick leave, and more **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer development and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
