The Role As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our local sales teams in pursuit of key commercial opportunities.
You'll engage with clients to address factors of the information lifecycle, pick out business and technical requirements, and architect customer solutions to fulfill gathered requirements. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading technical projects, which may involve technology advocacy, bid responses, product and solution briefings, evidence-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources * Working closely with bolthires Cloud Platform products to illustrate and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments * Preparing and delivering product messaging to highlight the bolthires Cloud Platform bolthires proposition, using techniques such as whiteboard and slide shows, product demonstrations, white papers, and request for information (RFI) response documents * Collaborating with the product advertising management and engineering teams to stay on top of enterprise trends and devise upgrades to bolthires Cloud products * Painting cross-functionally to introduce bolthires Cloud to our customers, helping potential customers and current customers understand the power of bolthires Cloud, developing creative cloud solutions, and problem-solving any capability commercial enterprise demanding situations
The Team You'll be part of a dynamic team of specialist client engineers who work closely with subject sales representatives and client engineers to help customer-facing engagements where precise GCP product understanding is required to advance customer opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent realistic experience * 3 years of experience as a technical representative, technical pre-sales engineer, company architect, or in a purchaser-facing position * Experience with conventional analytic warehouse solutions, big data technologies, real-time streaming, performance, or scalability optimizations * A strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, batch or real-time event processing, and ETL workflow solutions * Experience with records and records control as it pertains to big data traits and problems within organizations * Ability to cope with AI/ML and ML operations issues as part of the facts analytics platform and lifecycle * Capacity to quickly research, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions within the cloud/IT era area Preferred Qualifications * A Master's degree in computer technological knowledge or a related technical subject * Experience developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch or real-time event processing, and ETL workflow solutions * Ability to quickly research, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions within the cloud/IT era area What We Offer As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $30-$40/hour, depending on experience.
