If you have a strong background in software engineering, a passion for cloud technology, and excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you. ### Job Details * **Post Name:** Customer Engineer Manager * **Hiring Organization:** arenaflex * **Industry:** Private * **Employment Type:** Full-Time * **Salary:** $25-$35/Hour * **Job Location:** Columbus, USA (Remote) ### Responsibilities As a Customer Engineer Manager, you will: * Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engineering leadership to determine staffing levels and lead interview teams to fill open positions * Evaluate the CE team's go-to-market readiness and build plans to ensure the team is prepared to support annualized business objectives * Work with the arenaflex Outreach team to identify, qualify, and target business opportunities * Participate in key accounts as executive support and establish relationships across client organizations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues affecting customer satisfaction ### Requirements #### Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 4 years of experience as a technical sales engineer lead in a SaaS or cloud environment, or a customer-facing role * Experience driving Client Design and managing design teams #### Preferred Qualifications: * MBA or Graduate degree in Software Engineering * Experience serving in a pre-sales, field engineering leadership, or customer-facing field engineer role * Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related technical concepts * Ability to work across various time zones ### About the Role The arenaflex Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business - all with technology built in the cloud.
