Your key responsibilities will include: * Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other basic account-related requests. * Providing standardized or scripted responses using our user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training. **What Are We Looking For in This Role?** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Basic computer skills and familiarity with GUI screens * **Preferred Qualifications:** + 12 months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience * **Desired Skills and Capabilities:** + Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks + Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes + Has little or no role in the decision-making process + Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments + Works under close supervision **What We Offer** As a Work From Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, flexible work schedule, and a dynamic work environment.
