You'll utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers, ensuring delivery of high-quality service for all Maryland consumers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, and small group employees seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the MHC * Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers * Assist individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MHC programs, policies, and procedures * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * Background in healthcare, human services, or customer service * Experience in data entry and call centers * Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, communications) * Experience working with CRM software and other State systems * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with multiple priorities and tasks * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Proficiency in CRM software and other State systems * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
