You'll work closely with our internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while also addressing concerns and questions from individual investors. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to public companies, helping them navigate complex shareholder communications * Work closely with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes * Effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while also addressing concerns and questions from individual investors * Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including changes in shareholder communications and voting processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shareholder communications campaigns **Essential Qualifications** * 6-7 months of call center or customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills * Good speaking voice and ability to come off mute when called on * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on shareholder communications or a related field * Knowledge of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes * Experience working with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results **Equipment Requirements** * Windows 10 or 11 operating system * USB headsets (no wireless) * Dual monitors (optional but beneficial) * Ability to come off mute when called on * Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload **Pay and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $20.00 - $20.00 * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital benefits * 401(k) Retirement Plan with pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability benefits * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Work Environment** * This is a fully remote position, with the ability to work from home or any other location with a reliable internet connection * Flexible scheduling and ability to work independently * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results **Application Deadline** * This position will be accepting applications until December 25, 2024 **Ready to Apply?** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences, we encourage you to apply now!
