Job Summary: We're seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
You'll work closely with various departments, including Sales and Field Operations, to deliver seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Initiating and following up on required actions in response to customer service change requests, ensuring accurate customer master data. * Communicating and working closely with departmental personnel to resolve customer inquiries and issues. * Recommending changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.
* Providing back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary. * Receiving, evaluating, and answering customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using available resources and training material. * Maintaining high standards of conduct with utmost professionalism and respect when engaging with external and internal customers. * Performing duties and responsibilities as described in the provided systems. * Working hand-in-hand with branches to provide a seamless process for our customers.
* Performing other related duties in support of the team as assigned by management. What You Need to Succeed: To excel in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience. * Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time. * Proficient computer skills. * A flexible schedule and ability to work the on-call shift as needed. * Flexible, cooperative, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment. * Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot.
* Execute tasks in a timely manner and in a remote setting. * Detail-oriented. Additional Preferred Skills or
Qualifications: * Associate's Degree. * SAP knowledge. * Astea knowledge. * Five9 knowledge.
