You'll work closely with our team to determine customer needs, answer questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. Your expertise will be essential in resolving customer concerns, maintaining high-quality store standards, and achieving sales goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty * Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services * Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and loyalty * Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to policies and procedures * Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management * Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient service * Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications, maintaining high-quality standards * Stock shelves and set up displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment * Clean store equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment * Load/unload delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods * Assist in making deliveries, as needed, providing exceptional customer service * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, adhering to inventory control procedures * Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations * Suggest ways to improve sales, driving business growth and innovation **Essential Qualifications** * Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age * Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future * Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion * Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation **Preferred Qualifications** * Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License * Have at least a High School diploma or GED * Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position * Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products * Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns and drive sales growth * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with the ability to make recommendations and drive sales growth **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
