- *What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Help customers resolve billing concerns and other issues related to our clients' products and services
- Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day-to-day work, including technical assessments to demonstrate your skills
- *Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and software applications
- Ability to pass technical assessments to demonstrate your skills
