As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- **Customer Support**: Provide top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently update and maintain client call data, customer care logs, and profile pages.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with profile creation, updating, and maintenance, as well as filing, information access, and document creation.
- **Ticket Management**: Produce and resolve customer support concern tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- **Mail Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, directing and seating them to their designated offices and meeting rooms, and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment.
- **General Office Duties**: Perform general office tasks, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job assignments.
