As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests
  • Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for customers and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Completing accurate and timely data entry into careerzynith's healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to customers and partners alike
  • Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone and other channels, using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
  • Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/customer phone contacts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and adjust your schedule as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to pass a background check
