The Role As the
Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our Product Management and Design teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us to identify and mitigate online abuse, while also driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team, responsible for identifying and mitigating online abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious activity * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends * Collaborate with our Product Management and Design teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Work closely with our Business Intelligence team to develop and implement data-driven insights to drive business growth and revenue * Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive business growth and revenue * Manage and lead a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and industry trends, and use this knowledge to drive business growth and revenue through data-driven insights Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g.
computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, data science, and/or machine learning * 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models * 2+ years of experience working with designing teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g.
computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience working with investigation of large datasets and inconsistency discovery * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue through data-driven insights * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue through data-driven insights * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and priorities * Strong technical skills, including SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Strong data analysis and machine learning skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions
