Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to and help drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models for our attractions.
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient AI solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient AI solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences * Drive innovation and experimentation, identifying new opportunities for AI and machine learning to drive business growth and improve visitor experiences * Work closely with internal partners to deliver intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX) * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews Required Capabilities and Abilities * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and bolthires/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions Preferred Capabilities * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field * Preferred: Master's or Ph.D.
