We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Analytics Data Platforms team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home in Texas, USA. Job Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Analytics Data Platforms team, you'll play a critical role in building high-quality analytics capabilities that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading a team of analysts to build high-quality analytics capabilities that drive business decisions * Hiring, nurturing, and managing a team of analysts to support the work of 15+ atomic groups across the platform and customer experience lifecycles * Owning and developing the strategic analytics roadmap and delivery roadmap across multiple work streams to release insights and guide the business and product roadmap * Prioritizing resources, hiring, and team topologies across multiple regions to balance short-term needs with the needs of longer-term initiatives * Building functionality to apply new analytical methodologies and strategies to the Storefront space, including reporting on key platform KPIs, measuring new functionality adoption and user behaviors, driving quantitative investigations (key driver analysis, function modeling), and modeling the team's impact * Leading on growing and improving high-quality practices in areas such as structuring analyses, data version architecture, dashboard design, and data visualizations to communicate significant metrics within the systems space * Partnering and impacting senior management across the company to contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Storefront Platform What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines * A total of 3+ years of experience with a track record (2+ years) of managing platform, product, or business analytics teams * Experience in leveraging A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies for effective product release measurement * Experience in architecting and delivering impactful data models for effective platform enablement and customer experience optimization * High comfort level with programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience working with Big Data technologies such as BigQuery and visualization tools like Looker; preferably familiarity with cloud-based systems (ideally GCP) * Ability to condense technical situation count for non-technical audiences and succinct communication and to handle ambiguity in a dynamic environment with moving priorities Why You'll Love arenaflex At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Time Off: Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO) * Health & Wellness: Full Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA), Life Insurance, Disability Protection (Short-Term & Long-Term Disability), Global Wellbeing: Gym/Fitness discounts (including US Peloton, Global ClassPass, and various local gym memberships), Mental Health Support (Global Mental Health, Global Wayhealthy Recordings), Caregiver Services * Financial Growth & Security: 401K Matching (Employee Matching Program), Tuition Reimbursement, Financial Health Education (Knowledge of Financial Education - KOFE), Tax-Advantaged Accounts * Family Support: Family Planning Support, Parental Leave, Global Surrogacy & Adoption Policy * Professional Development & Recognition: Rewards & Recognition, Global Employee Anniversary Awards, Paid Volunteer Work * Unique Perks: Employee Discount, U.S.
