Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will lead the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse.
You will also oversee the Business Analytics team, which provides insights and data-driven recommendations to inform arenaflex's content moderation and analytics strategies. Your expertise will be critical in helping us stay ahead of emerging trends and threats in the digital content space. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse * Oversee the Business Analytics team, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to inform arenaflex's content moderation and analytics strategies * Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to develop and implement effective content moderation and analytics strategies * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, advertisers, and industry partners * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and threats in the digital content space, providing expert guidance and recommendations to inform arenaflex's content moderation and analytics strategies Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in content moderation, analytics, or a related field * Strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is a plus Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse and content moderation * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive strategy and decision-making * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the digital content space * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you're a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
