Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Insights-Driven Content Development team. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, analyzing client behavior, and developing innovative content strategies. You will work closely with our content team to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions * Analyze client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and unexplored content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform content development decisions * Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement data-driven content strategies * Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders * Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support data analysis and reporting * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth What You Bring * Four-year degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and data science * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python * Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
