Job Summary We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to of data-driven professionals. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media optimization capabilities, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions.
You'll work closely with our marketing teams to identify areas of improvement, develop data-driven insights, and implement recommendations to optimize our paid media spend. Key Responsibilities * Convey data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing teams and business leaders * Plan and develop BI, data science, and analytics projects to improve paid media efficiency and drive business growth * Collaborate with paid media science teams and marketing teams to develop and implement media blend models * Direct special projects through data analysis, resulting in actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes * Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product teams, to address business challenges and track performance using data-driven approaches * Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to create and maintain reports and dashboards * Analyze data to identify business issues and lead in-depth investigations to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from bolthires and external data from market research and marketing firms) to address complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights * Conceptualize and execute investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to inform product development and business growth Essential Capabilities * Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related industry * High-level SQL experience * High-level experience in at least one industry analytics and measurement tool (e.g., Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI) * Master in Excel with a proven track record * Degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related field Preferred Capabilities * You enjoy working in a team of highly collaborative individuals * You have a passion for numbers, data, and analytics, but also for communicating actionable insights to stakeholders * Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and able to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with both business leaders and technical teams effectively * Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest in learning more about cutting-edge data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics About arenaflex and its Benefits arenaflex is a multinational e-commerce organization based in Seattle, Washington, USA.
