As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in convenient data collection, validation, and exploratory data analysis on data components * Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable
Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities * Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding * Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team * Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proficiency in bolthires Office, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics * Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proficiency in bolthires Office, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
