Job Summary As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in driving business outcomes and contributing to the success of our Quality Control division. Responsibilities
The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable
Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Involved ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based discussions to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Should have a working knowledge of bolthires Office * Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
* Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal discussions is preferred * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment * Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is preferred * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
