- *Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis strategies, developing actionable insights, and communicating results to various stakeholders. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Delivers in-depth virtual advertising and internet analytics insights, using advanced quantitative and medical strategies to business evaluation associated with overall performance advertising, in aid of the business's US-centered consumer engagement techniques such as virtual intelligence for channels including Search, E-mail, Display, Social Media, and Mobile – leveraging internet analytics, massive information, business intelligence, data visualization, and other skills to drive advertising optimization efforts and the necessities to execute this plan.
- Helps to drive the definition of a dimension plan for key consumer experience experiences, promotional campaigns, .com testing, personalization
- Prepares analyses, reports, dashboards, and displays to senior management in a layout applicable for the target market, including handing over displays to all tiers of leadership; also, conveys complicated analytics in a comprehensible manner to non-government and government tiers (strong communication skills) the layout and implementation of data transfers between arenaflex and third parties to develop the complete view of consumer behavior on arenaflex and non-arenaflex virtual properties.
- Assists in virtual target market definition and is familiar with diverse website tagging models and advises management on the best approach.
- Ensures data accuracy, ongoing data validation, and clearing up any data integrity issues.
- Manages and works with internal and external partners in the analytics area to grow arenaflex's maturity in performance marketing.
- Has substantial experience with using website analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred/ Google Analytics) & preferred website dimension terminology.
- Has knowledge on website analytics tagging and technical setup of web applications.
- Has experience with online targeting technology like Adobe Target, email marketing technology like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data management systems like Adobe Audience Manager.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in data systems, computer science, or a quantitative field including mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance.
- Five (5) years of work experience in dimension and evaluation, quantitative business problem-solving, operations evaluation, marketing evaluation, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
- Proficient in analytics software and applications.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of customer experience problems and internet user interface issues like research, design, testing, and content optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working on agile teams
- Familiarity with internet technology, databases, and BI tools (e.g. HTML, SQL, Business Objects, Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
- Experience with databases (RDBMS) and exposure to Big Data (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
- Versatility and comfort in the use of state-of-the-art technology
- Excellent critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive key business decisions through analyses and user perception studies
- Ability to convey complicated analytics in a comprehensible manner to non-government and government tiers
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience with record and dashboard design
- Constructs analyses independently and proactively
- Analytical interest and comfort working in an evolving field
