As a Senior Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Vendor Management, and 3D Artists to drive key tasks across multiple imagery workstreams. Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Drive key tasks across multiple imagery workstreams**: You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing key tasks across multiple workstreams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. * **Create custom analytic reviews**: You will use your analytical skills to read and summarize data and trends, providing insights to stakeholders on picture quality and other key performance indicators. * **Improve current structures**: You will use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in current processes and procedures, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that drive business outcomes. * **Serve as a strategic partner**: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive value-driven outcomes, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed successfully. * **Partner with Product Managers**: You will work closely with Product Managers to design, develop, test, and improve Wayfair's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem. * **Monitor process health and performance**: You will be responsible for monitoring process health and performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to drive actionable steps. * **Help build scalable strategies**: You will work with the team to develop scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization. **Skills to Win** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **2+ years of experience**: You will need at least 2 years of experience in improving strategies, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy. * **Bachelor's degree**: You will need a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or another quantitative and technically rigorous discipline. * **Analytical skills**: You will need highly analytical skills, including experience with reading and decoding big data units directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred). * **Strong written and verbal communication skills**: You will need strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes. * **Experience working in a detail-oriented environment**: You will need experience working in a detail-oriented environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * **Ability to break down complex projects into achievable pieces**: You will need the ability to break down big, complex, and ambiguous projects into achievable pieces, and to tie tactical targets to broader business outcomes. * **Comfortable with ambiguity**: You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and developing new strategies from scratch. * **Previous experience in 3D or Imagery**: Previous experience in 3D or Imagery is a plus. **What We Offer** As a Senior Analyst at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
