The Opportunity As a
Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. This involves working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the agile technology team to design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable data architecture.
Your primary focus will be on: * Helping to improve and maintain the new VOC methodology sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Operating closely with companions from GSN and bolthires to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools * Experience with data governance and compliance What We Offer * Competitive base salaries * Bonus incentives * Assistance for economic-properly-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations relying on position and business want * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location) * Unfastened get entry to to international on-website online well-being facilities staffed with nurses and docs (depending on location) * Loose and confidential counseling aid thru our Wholesome Minds application * Career improvement and education possibilities
