Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for: * Contributing to and leading efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure * Participating in or leading complex troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical problems * Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs * Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related problems on servers * Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's superior Data Center Server and Network Infrastructure Key Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware/community problems using Linux tools * Experience with mild coding or scripting * Experience in challenge control and leadership * Ability to collaborate and work with teams to overcome problems * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with networking protocols * Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and community hardware * Experience with cloud computing and web application development * Familiarity with agile development methodologies * Certification in data center operations or a related field About the Role As a Data Center Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from deploying new data center infrastructure to troubleshooting complex technical problems.
