Job Summary: Are you a seasoned data expert looking to join a dynamic team at arenaflex? We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to lead the development and implementation of data analytics and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure that supports reporting and analysis for arenaflex's Medical Services Quality Improvement program.

As a remote data engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts, business analysts, and IT professionals to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Direct the delivery of arenaflex's business intelligence and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. * Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. * Design and implement data visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to meet their needs. * Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
* Develop and maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and standards. * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure is secure, scalable, and meets business requirements. Essential
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field. * Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. * Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes. Preferred
Qualifications: * Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics
Professional (CAP) certification. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as bolthires Redshift, bolthires BigQuery, or bolthires Azure Synapse. * Knowledge of healthcare and clinical research concepts.
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. * Strong experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
