Job Summary: As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, managing customer interactions, and performing various administrative tasks.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, data entry, and document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers.
Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment * General office roles include but are not limited to submitting, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work * Responsible for checking stock products Essential
Qualifications: * Work Remotely * MS Office Suite proficient * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions * Demonstrated analytical capabilities * Energetic and focused with the skills to multitask and prioritize requests * Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required * Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask * Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns Preferred
