Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of virtual design services experts who work with customers to create a home that reflects their unique style, budget, and space.

You will be the driving force behind our customer-facing outreach team, developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales, customer loyalty, and revenue targets. Your expertise will be essential in guiding your team through the interior design process, from mood boards to final product delivery, and ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional. Key Responsibilities * Develop and drive your team of virtual design services experts to meet or exceed sales, customer loyalty, and revenue targets * Guide your team with your expertise in the interior design process, including inspecting mood boards, directing architects on customizations, speaking with vendors, and bringing the deal to a close * Take responsibility for and upgrades of design team infrastructure, processes, and tooling necessary for designers to succeed * Respond to customer inquiries, requests, or objections in a professional and polite manner to achieve a positive outcome * Make proposals and take corrective action to manage execution as needed * Work closely with HR and senior leadership to address and resolve employee issues * Audit time-off requests as necessary to match staffing level requirements * Develop new work processes, pilot new software/tools, and build flexible cycles and tests without prior experience * Build strong relationships with our vendors and cross-functional partners * Collaborate with Design Services business and strategy team to oversee team effectiveness and quality, customer satisfaction, sales volume, and customer relationships * Embody a positive and professional demeanor at all times with customers and colleagues * Participate in a high-energy, engaged, and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, technologies, offerings, and tasks * Plan and execute team engagement activities, manage challenges, and continuous education classes Requirements * Four-year college degree (Interior Design or related field) * 3+ years of sales experience (ideally in a design-related field) * 2+ years of prior management experience * Experience with Salesforce, knowledge of design software (AutoCAD/Revit/other) * Experience with managing and driving a virtual distributed team (desired) * Passion for exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets * Strong communication, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills * History of success in a fast-paced and changing environment * Demonstrated use of technology to drive business results, ability to learn new software programs quickly * Ability to maintain internet speeds of 25Mbps+ (download) and 5+ (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi) * Dedicated private workspace (arenaflex provides essential computer hardware) * Proficiency in bolthires and bolthires Office applications and technical aptitude in learning new business systems What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Continuous learning and development opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off) If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
